The “World of Women” NFT collection is partnering with Level Frames to give its holders the chance to have their NFT arts physically framed.
The “World of Women” (WoW) NFT collection is among the elite list of women-led NFT projects making noise in the Metaverse. However, WoW is not just doing this through its NFT arts but also through its advocacies.
In March, WoW collaborated with The Sandbox to promote female inclusivity and presence in the Web3 ecosystem and the Metaverse. The “WoW Foundation” program will have WoW receiving $25 million worth of funding spread over five years. The funding will go towards female education and mentorship.
A proponent of female inclusivity, WoW Foundation will use the $25 million funding to launch various projects, the foremost of which is a virtual academy specifically for female artists. Likewise, it will invest part of the funding in diverse and inclusive spaces for women in the Web3 ecosystem within the Metaverse.
World of Women will also provide free online lessons on Web3 through immersive experiences within The Sandbox ecosystem. As soon as a student completes the course, she will receive an “NFT diploma” to certify the completion.
Behind the Art
Digital illustrator and non-fungible token (NFT) artist Yam Karkai and her partner Raphael Malavieille launched the WoW network in July 2021 by dropping a collection of 10,000 different female NFT avatars. The drop was to fight the seeming lack of involvement from female artists in NFT art sales, which accounted for only 5% of all NFT art sales in the 21 months before its inauguration.
Another Innovative Idea
This time around, WoW is offering holders of its NFT arts a chance to display their NFTs in their homes or offices. In a Twitter announcement, WoW said, “every WoW and WoW Galaxy holder can now order a physical frame of their WoW and WoWG.”
World of Women Galaxy is the second WoW collection launched towards the end of March. There are over 20,000 NFTs in this collection. The WoW Galaxy NFT collection is part of WoW’s plans to “make the world a better place” by extending its “mission to a new dimension.” The women in the WoWG collection are WoWs from the first collection, who “traveled through a portal to join the Galaxy.”
How can WoW and WoWG holders have their NFTs framed? On their WoWs, they will see a “Frame It” option. They need only click on it and follow the link to Level Frames’s website. By clicking and following the link, holders can avail a 15% discount from Level Frames.

Depending on how big or small WoW and WoWG holders want the physical frame to be, there are various options to choose from. They can also select the paper type and orientation. NFT holders may opt to frame a single photo or a collage of up to five digital images. Level Frames likewise have their own photo frame designs that NFT holders can choose from.
This innovative idea is a wonderful opportunity for WoW and WoWG NFT holders to show off their art pieces. It is also an extraordinary innovation on WoW’s part to expand its reach beyond the Metaverse.
