MacOS Users Allowed Entry into the Fold
The Sandbox Alpha Season 2 launched on March 3, and despite its apparent handicap in the gaming sector, The Sandbox fuelled up its credentials by making the game accessible to Mac users. The announcement was made on Twitter last week.
With this announcement, Mac users can now immerse themselves in The Sandbox metaverse, allowing themselves the chance to get started in the voxelated virtual world and the opportunity to win 1000 $SAND.
The second iteration will feature more than 35 one-of-a-kind experiences, which anyone with a free The Sandbox account can access. Included in these experiences are the 18 upgraded ones from Season 1, which will require the Alpha Pass. It will also feature a transportation hub, three official partner encounters, four game maker fund contributions, and five brand-new outings.
Getting Started with The Sandbox Alpha Season 2
Mac users can get started with their Alpha experience by going to The Sandbox home page and clicking on the download link. Users need only follow the prompts that Apple will bring up. That’s it! They can get started in the metaverse by choosing an avatar and existing as a regular member of that world.
Once Apple consumers are immersed in the virtual world, they can start completing quests by solving fantastic puzzles. A host of worlds and experiences lie in wait, all giving players the chance to win great prizes in the form of NFTs and digital cash.
